Donegal County Council's PEACE IV Local Authority Action Plan Celebration Event

SEUPB CEO Gina McIntyre was delighted to attend Donegal County Council's PEACE IV Local Authority Action Plan Celebration Event on Wednesday 28 February.

The Council's PEACE IV programme supported over 30 innovative and transformative initiatives that engaged with over 5,000 participants across three thematic areas – Children and Young People, Shared Spaces, and Building Positive Relations.

The Celebration Event brought together programme partners, civil society, public agencies, and communities across Donegal to celebrate the impact the programme has had supporting peace building, cross-community and cross-border interaction in the area.

The Council's Peace IV Action Plan will deliver long-term benefit in the promotion of good relations, enhancing skills and promoting positive attitudes to building a cohesive society within Donegal and the wider area for future generations.
