"I wish to apply under the Freedom of Information Act for the following:

• The name of the two projects and the organisation from which £581,064 in funding was deemed ineligible [as referred to in the SEUPB’s annual report filed in December 2015, under the heading: “Funding withdrawn from projects”.]
• A copy of the forensic audit carried out on behalf of SEUPB that resulted in expenditure amounting to £581,064 being deem ineligible.
• All correspondence relating to same
• Copies of the two further forensic investigations concluded in 2014 and referred to the SEUPB’s annual report.
• All correspondence relating to same
• Details of any other forensic investigations conducted by the SEUPB in 2015
• Copies of forensic reports that were concluded in 2015"
