Freedom of Information

As a North South Implementation Body, the SEUPB adheres to a Code of Practice when handling Freedom of Information requests. The primary objective of this Code is to facilitate public access to information held by us.

The Code is non-statutory and has been drafted with regard to the Freedom of Information Acts, 1997 and 2003 in Ireland and the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in the United Kingdom, together with best practice in relation to access to information.
