The Corporate Governance Officer will have responsibility for a range of activities in relation to the implementation of SEUPB’s Corporate Governance Framework. This Framework is structured around three key areas of activity:
- Corporate Governance Framework Management,
- Risk Management, and
- Audit and Risk Assurance Committee Support.
As a Corporate Governance Officer, you will have a good grasp of the principles and practical application of corporate governance management. You will oversee a comprehensive governance framework, decision making framework and risk strategy that enables the SEUPB senior leaders to successfully discharge their responsibilities. You will also support the Director of Corporate Services with communications, development and evaluation with governance stakeholders to enable SEUPB to exemplify best practice in governance.
You will help foster an excellent corporate governance culture within the organisation.
