The EU Commission is also preparing a number of delegated and implementing acts, which will further detail implementation provisions as set out in the main regulations.

The Common Provisions Regulation, the ERDF Regulation and the European Territorial Co-operation Regulation outline a number of new terms and concepts.  The European Commission has produced a number of factsheets explaining these concepts:

The Common Provisions Regulation, the ERDF Regulation and the European Territorial Co-operation Regulation form part of a package of proposals, which are collectively referred to as the Common Strategic Framework (CSF).  The other regulations in this package relate to the European Social Fund (ESF), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC).

In addition to the EU Regulations the Commission published the Position Papers for the UK and Ireland.
