"I would like to make a Freedom of Information request, please do not hesitate to contact me if you require clarification or additional information or if I need to adapt the request.
The request relates to funding for the community organisation Lower Shankill Community Association which is based on the Shankill Road, Belfast.
I would like to know the following:
1. What is the total European Union funding allocated/provided to Lower Shankill Community Association in the last 10 years, including this financial year 2016-17?
2. What was the breakdown of the money allocated by SEUPB to Lower Shankill Community Association in each of the last 10 years (including 2016-17) and what was that money specifically for? Eg: what projects, staff posts, administration costs, running costs etc?
3.  If that money was for staff posts: how many jobs in each of the last 10 years? What were the staff salaries?
4. Were any of these projects subsequently audited by SEUPB or auditors or anyone else to ensure the funding had been spent correctly or to assess the outcome of the funding?"

  • The total number of interns hired under the Jobbridge scheme by the Department  and by any agencies under the remit of this Department.
  • The department or agency under the remit of the department the intern was placed in. The average age of interns hired by the Department or by any agencies of this Department.
  • Gender breakdown of each intern.
  • How long each internship interns hired under Jobbridge stayed with the Department. The job description of each internship as advertised, including relevant qualifications and educational requirements.
  • Where the internship was advertised- what website it was published on.
  • How many interns under the Jobbridge scheme offered a full-time position by the Department after they had completed the scheme.
  • What stage of the internship was the job offered.
  • The starting salary of this job.
  • The starting and finishing dates of each intern. 
  • Information requested is from the inception of the scheme in 2013, to date."

"I previously made a Freedom of Information request regarding your IT network infrastructure for Special EU Programmes Body at 7th Floor, The Clarence West Building, 2 Clarence Street West, Belfast, county Antrim, BT2 7GP in 16/04/2013.
As the information would have almost certainly have changed since you provided it please could you update the information listed below and advise of any changes.

Q1. SEUPB has 30 HP desktops in its Belfast Office.
Q2. SEUPB has 11 laptops/notebooks/tablet PCs in its Belfast Office. 10 are HP and 1 is Toshiba.
Q3. SEUPB does not have any thin clients at its Belfast Office.
Q4. SEUPB uses Windows 7 Enterprise and Professional.
Q5. SEUPB has a total of 70 desktops, laptops and thin clients across the whole organisation.
Q6. SEUPB has 15 physical servers on site at the Belfast office, 13 are HP and 2 are Dell.
Q7. SEUPB has 10 virtual servers on site at the Belfast office.
Q8. SEUPB uses Microsoft Hyper-V server virtualisation software.
Q9. SEUPB uses Microsoft Windows 2003 and 2008 Server families.
Q10. SEUPB does not contract any supplier to provide maintenance support on desktops.
Q11. SEUPB uses HP as its SAN.Please be aware that we may wish to reuse the information as part of the services we provide to clients.
Q12. SEUPB does not use ERP or ERM software.
Q13. SEUPB uses Microsoft Exchange Server for Groupware Products.
Q14.SEUPB uses Microsoft SQL Server as its Database Product.
Q15. SEUPB does not use CRM Software.
Q16. SEUPB does not use a Business intelligent System.
Q17. SEUPB uses Infor SunSystems for its Finance and Accounting System.
Q18. SEUPB uses Hallmark PAMS including E-Recruit and Employee Self Service System.
Q19. SEUPB uses Bytel, T1, 4Mbps Synchronous dedicated.
Q20. SEUPB’s primary voice carrier is BT.
Q21. SEUPB has 41 phone extensions.
Q22. Yes, SEUPB uses VoIP.
Q23. SEUPB’s external calls are carried over a conventional phone line.
Q24. SEUPB uses Splicecom.
Q25. Rainbow Communications was awarded the maintenance contract on the PBX. This contract expires on the 9th December 2013.
Q26. SEUPB manages its own data centre.

"I wish to apply under the Freedom of Information Act for the following documents relating to the Peace III funds and Intereg IVA funds:
1. All records held by the SEUPB on “irregularities”(as defined in SEUPBs Guidance Note on the Treatment of Irregularities) involving PEACE III and INTERREG IVA funds.
2. A list of all recordable and reportable irregularities created by the SEUPB.
3. A copy of every list that was forwarded to the EU Commission.  (I understand that the SEUPB is required to keep such as list as set out below, Reportable and Recordable Irregularities In line with Article 36 of Council Regulation (EC) No: 1828/2006, the Commission may request, at any stage of the programme, a list of all irregularities, including recordable and reportable.  Irregularities reportable to OLAF are those that;  Are greater than €10,000 ERDF, which translates to a total payment of €14,807 in the case of the PEACE III Programme; or Involve Fraud of any value)"
